This color is unique among the Kaleidescope colors in that it's a saturated color, so it won't work as a highlighter shade, even on deeper skintones. However, it does make an amazing lip or nail color.

This actually works for an inner-vee highlighter when applied dry, because its “backing” color is so very light.

Works best as an “effect” color, or worn over a colored base. Won't really work as a highlighter on lighter skintones, but looks particularly interesting applied dry over a dark gel liner.

These colors combine a light-colored base with the TKB Trading’s colorshifting Planetary Traveller micas (well, they could be buying these colorshifting micas from another source…but from the effects I’ve seen on both these colors and the wholesaler micas, those are definitely in the mix.)

People raved about the brushes included with this kit. They were fantastic, they were wondeful, this kit was worth it for the brushes alone…not necessarily. When the kit was being sold at Le Target for half its original retail price, then yeah I can see buying the kit solely for the brushes. I actually like both the eye colors, even though they are not universally loved. These eye colors haven’t been released in too many other kits, though...
