On me, this is not a totally invisible liner, but it's one of the more subtle ones. (Yes, even though it's purple. And metallic.) I can't tightline with this pencil, and the wide line looks more like eyeshadow than liner - but it works very well with my coloring, and...
I was pretty late to the game on trying these. They'd all but been discontinued by the time I got one. So then…I hit Ebay and got the other two. (And got extras of all three.) The hook to these is, you use one product and get the benefits...
Nominally a grey. Nominally. But there's a bit more taupe-brown in this color that makes it more versatile (in my opinion) than a straightforward grey shadow. The coverage is good, but this one does have a pearl-ish satin finish that cools the color a bit and softens the base shade.
I didn't think that this would be a color I'd want in my collection. The photos made it look a bit brighter than it actually is. It's not a “harvest” shade, but it's close! It's just slightly…muted? Not exactly. Definitely not “greyed.” But this isn't a brighter primary yellow,...
Straightforward black, with good coverage. The finish is on the more refractive end of the Vinylux cremes, but it isn’t a high-shine creme. (And the required topcoat dulls the finish just a bit.) The formula was about average, no thin spots but no clumping either. If someone were asking...
I was interested to try these when they came out: liquid liners available at drugstores, with a really nice price point. None of this $15 stuff (not all drugstore makeup is in this range, but some of it is…and not all of it is worth it.) I haven’t tried...
This is a pretty intense purple! There's a little color depth, but the reflections really make this shade stand out! It's almost too bright for me to use as an all-over shade without a slightly greyed or smoked shade, to counterbalance. (But it makes a truly wicked liner!)
A little lighter than I generally prefer my green eyeshadows, but it does have more depth when applied, than it appears in the pot. The color leans just barely warm, but looks cooler when foiled (with just about any mixing medium.) It doesn't have the depth or staying power of...
