When I read the color description, I immediately thought: “Going to be a near-dupe for Shiro’s Pikachu.” I was right. The yellow pigmentation isn’t as hefty in Devilled Egg, and the red sparkle seems to be about the same level; but the colors are extremely close. Overall, I prefer Pikachu because of its superior pigmentation; but this could probably work as a layer over a dark cream base, and the color underneath would show through. Hm. Could create some interesting effects with that that I couldn’t get as easily with Pikachu…! I might be able to find a big positive in this.

This color looks more grey in the pot, but applied it looks like a faded slate grey. Another non-grey grey, a bit like Sparky - but I confess, I like Sparky better. (It’s vaguely possible that these two are somehow tied together, since a quick Google turns up both terms featuring in the Transformers universe. And here I thought that whole line was just a clever way to get kids to clamor for more toys…)
The shimmer finish is pretty faint
