An interesting, almost “murky” green-ish-blue. The base color shifts more blue or green depending upon lighting and surrounding colors, and the gold shimmer is more like a highlight rather than a solid gold layer. It does remind me of fish-scales and deeper water.
Almost has a whitish overlay atop any underlying color. (As to many of the Velvet eyeshadows. Which is damn frustrating! I want the shade to take center stage, not the finish.) I'm guessing that this was supposed to provide the “velvet” finish, but instead it looks like a hasty whitewash...
Dark green that’s a little…muddy-looking. There are underlying brown-ish tones to this polish. It almost looks like deep-green moss. The coverage is good, and the polish steadfastly refuses to show brushstrokes at all. It even has a near-high-shine finish to it (that’s without any top coat.)

Gold Dipped may have been part of the regular line at one point; but if so, that was before my BE collecting days. It's shown up in a few kits, and it's a nicely versatile color. It does lean a little warm, but not so much so that cooler-toned folks...
