I kind of expected…well, a darker, deeper blue. In the swatch, it looks a bit brighter. Fortunately, when applied in a thinner line, it doesn't look quite as intense. (But I still think I would have preferred a color with just a tiny bit more depth.) Many (okay, almost all) eyeliner collections contain a variant of this shade. I know that, as much as I love the color, it doesn't look all that great on me. So why do I keep buying it?
