Maybelline’s Volum’ Express Mega Plush Waterproof Mascara

Maybelline calls this a “gel-mousse formula” mascara. It’s supposed to give volume without making the lashes crunchy. Thing is…I don’t necessarily see more volume than most mascaras that I use. The formula can make lashes a little more prone to sticking together, if you’re not careful about combing the lashes through before and possibly after application.
