A brighter blue, but not so vivid a color that it’s neon or ‘strobing’ blue. Like most of the eyeshadows I review from TKB, this is straight mica, so apply it wet and over a primer and possibly a shadow base, or it will migrate and crease like nobody’s business. It’s a stunning shade, though.

Initially I wasn’t sure about getting this color. From the vendor photo, I couldn’t tell if this was a dark blue, or a dark green. Turns out it’s a bit of both… This color’s right on the borderline between a dark blue with slate tones, and a dark blue with *green* tones. The shimmer is fairly sparse, but the color payoff is good. The color is deep enough to use for contouring and shadowing, but it won’t power right over other, lighter shades.
