When Concrete Minerals debuted their Pro Matte line of highly-pigmented eyeshadows, they created the “Mineral” collection for their previous eyeshadows. The colors all debuted in 2010 and ‘11; the collection wasn’t grouped as such until spring 2012. It didn’t contain any new colors when it was introduced, and if CM’s history is any indication, new colors will be added sporadically and in small amounts.
