I don’t often define things as a “frost” unless it’s fairly obvious. Well…this is a frost. Or a shimmer-with-a-white-overlayer, if you prefer. The shade is a light brown with gold highlights and mauve undertones. The gold and brown are most visible when it’s applied, but the hints of rose are there. I don’t love how this color looks on me; but if I had more golden undertones or if I tanned during the summer this might look better.

I’d almost call this a watermelon-berry…there’s a brightness to it that I’ve seen in lots of other “watermelon” shades. (And I’ve gotten in the habit of having a cup of fresh-cut fruit for lunch every day, so I’ve seen lots of chunks of watermelon lately!) There is just the faintest shimmer to it - not much, it’s almost more of a “glossy-look” than an actual shimmer finish, but it is there. I wish that this were a little more pigmented, and that it stayed in place longer. It’s a lovely shade, and like the Lipsurgence formulas; but they tend to need lots of reapplication. Even with no eating or drinking, this color is almost gone in just over an hour.
