Sold as a multipurpose powder (cheek and eye). It has a softer color payoff, like a lot of non-red/orange/brown multipurpose colors. I can use it as an eyeshadow, and if I was feeling adventurous I might be able to use it as a lip color. It’s the wrong color for me to be able to use as a regular-day contour, but I bet I could do some cool costume-looks with this as a contour.
This was part of the Oil Slick collection, but it looked a little bit out of place. A blue metallic with some turquoise and silver highlights, but no multichrome effects like the other polishes. The formula is not one of Color Club’s better ones…or possibly I just got a bad batch. It’s bubbly, it doesn’t spread easily and has a tendency to hang on to streaks.
A palette of muted mid-weight shadows with a mixture of finishes. There are a few duotones, and two definitively darker shadows, but nost are medium to lighter shades. I tend to prefer more saturated colors, but the lighter shades are a good counterpoint. I can make fewer looks with this palette alone, but the shades in this palette nicely complement my multichrome shadows (like Fyrinnae’s Exquisites.)
Patted on dry, this looks almost autumnal. Not quite rust, but a deeper, slightly muted orange. Applied wet, it’s bold, vivid, near-neon.

This shade looks like it doesn’t have too much base color…or at least, its base color is very very light and minimally pigmented. I prefer using this as an inner-vee highlighter or an outer-curve accent highlighter, because there’s enough shimmer and less base shade.
Good pigmentation and color payoff! It’s a little similar to some other green shades that I have, but those other greens are satins or shimmers, not metallics.
The base color looks like wet cement - it’s a cooler, deeper grey than commonly available. In some lights it almost looks greenish. I tried another manicure with three coats, and I didn’t see a more prominent blue shimmer.
I’m not exactly first out of the gate, reviewing these. I’m not even “first out of the gate for people who don’t get early press samples.” These were out for a year and a half before I tried my first one. I got Cashew in the Champagne Discovery set, and liked the application and versatility. I use a lot of my blushes and face colors on my eyelids, but rarely use any lip products, because they’re...
